Tessa

Recent humanities graduate, Tessa was feeling  unsure and worried about  her career. With no clear direction in mind but a determination to have no regrets by the time she was 30, she opted for EXPLORE. The coaching opened up new possibilities as she began to realise what was really important to her.

Tessa decided to focus on the short term and further develop her skills, experience and confidence giving herself more time to decide on her long term professional direction.

Sue is wonderfully patient and kind and was genuinely invested in me and my thoughts. The coaching process was logical and progressed each week as we explored my values, skills and interests. I most appreciated Sue for her objective perspective on my career ideas. Sue was able to reflect back to me some of my motivations and pick out external pressures I hadn’t even really realised. I now have a solid understanding of  my interests and values and am in general feeling a lot less stressed about the whole 'future' thing.
